ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

We try to prepare your reserved apartment as early as possible. Your apartment is ready for occupancy at 02.00pm. We request you to vacant your apartment till 10.00am. Otherwise, we will charge 50% of the list price for late check-out.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

till 30 days before arrival.............free of charge

29 till 15 days before arrival........50%

from 14 days before arrival ........100%

In case of early departure or late arrival, please note that set apartment prices will be charged. Deposits will be kept as a cancellation fee, except if cancellation is made according to our conditions or according to travel insurance policy conditions. The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.

DOGS

Your four-leged friend is welcome in our house!

We charge € 10,- per day per dog extra.

BABY PACKAGE

We can place a cot and a high chair for your little sunshine in your apartment. Herefore we charge € 7,- per day extra.

SKIER INFO

The next ski bus stop is directly in the center. From our house you walk about 7 minutes to the center. The two gondola stations are located outside of the village. So  you need the ski bus or a car to get there.

At the gondola stations are Ski depots available. There you have the possibility to keep the ski equipment safe and warm. So you don`t need to carry the skis.

SMOKING

This is are non smoking apartments!

You can enjoy your cigarette on the beautiful balcony or terrace.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

To confirm your reservation please forward a deposit of 50% on our bank account.

You can pay the outstanding payment cash or as well via bank transfer before you arrival.
